Unifying and Growing the BASIC Brand
As the world continues to wrestle with the COVID-19 pandemic, we at BASIC are taking this opportunity to transition to a 100% remote workforce. The health, safety, and wellbeing of our employees, partners, clients, and communities has always been our top priority. The past few months have proven that we’re able to effectively provide our clients and their employees with the very best service possible while working remotely.
What does this mean going forward?
- As we start to close BASIC’s physical offices nationwide, we’ll begin to sunset the siloed remote office identities such as BASIC NEO, BASIC pacific, BASIC New England, and BASIC Gatekeeper to solely focus on growing the BASIC brand.
- Our plan is to simplify not only how BASIC is perceived in the marketplace, but to also align our service offerings and contact methods to streamline our broker, client, and participant experience.
- Even though we’re transitioning our branding towards one company (BASIC), we’re committed to preserving the high touch dedicated customer service model our clients and participants have come to know.
For over 30 years, BASIC’s main goal has been to deliver administrative and technology solutions to assist Human Resource Departments throughout the US. Unifying the BASIC brand will only improve our objective of providing employers with modernized HR benefits, compliance, leave management, and payroll solutions. We look forward to this next chapter of shifting to a remote workforce, consolidating into one BASIC brand, and sharing all the exciting changes and improvements with our BASIC community.
