BASIC Closed On the Afternoon of October 14, 2021
BASIC will be closed on the afternoon of October 14th starting at 1:20pm ET for BASIC staff to attend our Annual Company Meeting. BASIC personnel will be unavailable for phone calls and email inquiries during this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, the #1 goal of the activities and resources provided during the company meeting is to enhance the level of service you receive as our clients. This is an investment in not only our employees, but our clients as well. BASIC will reopen and resume normal service hours on Friday morning, October 15th.
While our service departments will be closed, BASIC websites will still be available for you and your employees without interruption.
This announcement will also be placed in respective client websites, but please forward this message to your staff to ensure your employees are aware of the upcoming delay in response times.
