BASIC FMLA Dashboard
The BASIC FMLA Dashboard was meticulously designed by our programmers to give clients direct access to their company’s FMLA claims. The dashboard is a secure web-based service that allows employers and authorized personnel to view, search and download claim details. As always, our clients can speak with their FMLA administrator but the dashboard provides them the means to view the day-to-day details.
The dashboard is accessed through a secure site that provides authorized personnel within a company the ability to view:
- Employee Demographics
- Employee Roster w/Claims
- Claims History (up to 3 years back)
- Claims Status
- Hours/Days – Used/Remaining
- Data Analysis (most commonly missed days)
- Absence Dates
- Reporting Capabilities
