On January 13th, The United States Supreme Court blocked the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) vaccine-or-test mandate. However, the court upheld the vaccine mandate for healthcare workers at facilities receiving federal funding. The employer must implement and disclose a policy requiring all employees to either be vaccinated or receive regular COVID-19 tests and wear a face covering while working by January 4, 2022.
